Such a good little machine. So easy to use and to keep clean.

Guys, do you realize you are missing out 25-30% of people who don’t drink sweet coffee? Was about to purchase your machine - glad I read reviews first. Honestly - is it that hard to offer milk capsules with no sugar? Want to boost your sales by 25%? Just read reviews and get that sugar out!

The unsweetened latte was the only coffee we used as we don't take sugar (which is what the government are promoting). You can add sugar but can't take it away. Worst decision you have made as we now have had to revert to another machine

Very disappointed as Dolce Gusto keep discountinuing all the good stuff like unsweetened latte, chia latte, chococino caramel, amaretto latte and vanilla latte. Pls bring it all back

I have used Dolce Gusto for years. It's my favourite. I take my machine when I go on holiday too!!

Very disappointed that our favourite has been removed from your range. We loved the decaff Cortado. Otherwise it would have been five stars

Ordered from the website two weeks ago. Delivery has not arrived despite their chosen agent Yodel estimating delivery as "Today" every day for over a week.

Devastated to discover Dolce Gusto are discontinuing stocking unsweetened latte macchiato pods. Have cancelled my account after 6 years of monthly orders.??

Bought a new machine just before Christmas to find you are now no longer selling unsweetened latte macchiato pods. These were ideal with being diabetic. Why have you stopped selling them?

On line ordering intuative and simplewith a good variety of pods including decaff. Recycling of pods very easy, even better now with home collection option

It's all you need. Excellent taste. Big variety.

Website is not as good as when it was Dolce Gusto, and delivery is very slow took ages to arrive.
Used to be delivered within a couple of days, took 2 weeks to come when I ordered on the new website.
Not impressed.

The milk is not very frothy 0n the latte and cappuccino
where it says extra cremoso it is not anything like
the photo you are showing, very disappointing also
the coffee machine, not always hot enough.

I use DG for several years and never had big issues but the reason I'm giving this rate it's because I bought a Mini Me machine and after 2 months started to give me some problems. Now and since I still have warranty I decided to contact them and asked if there is any chance of sorting this. I was told that they could repair it but I'm not very keen in staying with a repaired machine since I don't know if it will be sorted or not.
I asked if there was a chance to buy another model even if I needed to pay for it and they said no.
Unfortunately I didn't read any reviews before I bought it otherwise I wouldn't spend my money on it, all bad reviews I read.
But hey, it is what it is...
